Christina’s short bio

 

Meet Christina, a woman who has overcome adversity and dedicated her life to helping others do the same. Christina's journey began with a struggle against depression, anxiety, and PTSD, caused by severe trauma. But she refused to accept that repeating the same unproductive methods was her only option. Christina embraced unconventional methods of healing, which led her to become a certified RTT® hypnotherapist, meditation instructor, EFT practitioner, and pranayama practitioner.

 

With her extensive knowledge and personal experience, Christina empowers women to break free from their own vicious cycles and reclaim control of their lives. Her unique approach combines the latest in energy healing, herbology, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness practices to help her clients achieve a level of healing they never thought possible.
