Helen’s short introduction
Helen B. Ferguson has been a therapist for 22+ years, guiding women on their healing journey from trauma, childhood trauma, C-PTSD & sexual abuse.
In her journey, Helen discovered that the parents and caregivers of these children also often carry their own pain from past traumatic experiences.
She realized that there are many adults who have been silently carrying around their own trauma and have been driven by a need for success but are burdened by the pain, shame, fear, and anxiety that their past has caused.
She decided to focus on helping women heal their own trauma by providing them with a safe, compassionate space to express their emotions and process their pain.
Helen’s work is a passion and a connection to each woman she helps, as well as a way to honor the inner wounded child within all of us.
Seeing the joy and liberation in the women she works with is a gift.
