Meet Caurel Richards, a passionate and driven individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various service industries. After spending 14 years working in these fields, Caurel learned firsthand the crucial role that mental health plays in our overall well-being and how unresolved trauma can hold us back from living the lives we desire. This led her to complete her training as a Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner with Marisa Peer in 2021, and she subsequently founded In Divine Thyme Transformational Services with the mission of helping clients with complex childhood trauma overcome unhealthy habits and patterns, and reclaim their freedom and peace of mind.
Caurel has gained a reputation as an "Anxiety Expert" among her peers, thanks to her success in empowering clients to overcome anxiety and other challenges. She is dedicated to helping female professionals and entrepreneurs achieve work-life harmony without feeling guilty, and encourages everyone to embrace the philosophy that "the world is your playground." With the goal of helping you rediscover excitement and joy in life, Caurel is committed to empowering you with a fresh perspective and the tools you need to live the life you want today.
