Heather's short bio
Heather Dunlop is a transformational coach. She helps women who have experienced sexual assault or domestic violence transform from living a life of survival to living a thriving life filled with love, joy, trust, and prosperity. She does this by listening to her client, helping her to see what is getting in her way, and creating new beliefs. Beliefs based on what her client wants, her desired life.
Heather has created the program "Release Renew Revive. Unshackle secret shame, Ditch self-sabotage, and Rise into your personal power"
Heather shares three principles she used in her life to overcome the experience of being molested from age 8 to 12:
Release is about the power of forgiveness and how it can be applied to overcoming sexual assault or domestic violence.
Renew is about how to remove the old survival beliefs that are getting in the way of living a thriving life, and create new empowering beliefs to bring about your dream life.
Revive is where Heather shares how to bring back the joy, trust, and love in life. To revive dreams that may have been forgotten.
Heather serves as an inspiration to women who want more from life. She helps her clients uncover their individual motivations and taps into that motivation to bring about the desired life.

Saturday Jun 03, 2023
Saturday Jun 03, 2023
What happens when you're faced with a lifetime of abuse, neglect, and emotional turmoil? Nicki Van Ingen Schenau joins us on this powerful episode of Real Talk to share her incredible story of resilience and triumph over adversity. From being placed in an orphanage as a child, to experiencing sexual abuse from family members and the emotional manipulation in her relationships, Nicki's journey is a testament to the strength and determination it takes to rebuild one's life.
Despite her painful past, Nicki managed to turn her life around by starting her own business, TokioTours. She shares her experience of finding a supportive business partner who complements her skills and how they've expanded the business together. Nicki's story demonstrates how focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on problems can lead to success, even in the face of overwhelming challenges.
Join us for this inspiring conversation as Nicki opens up about her journey and the lessons she's learned along the way. Through her experiences, she offers hope for other survivors of abuse, reminding us all that it's never too late to start anew and create a life worth living. If you're seeking inspiration or wish to connect with Nicki for a tour in Tokyo or elsewhere, this episode is not to be missed.
Nicki's bio
Nicki survived abuse as a child, which led her to marry the wrong person.
Her life took her to Japan, where she thought she would leave all the history of abuse behind. Unfortunately, life does not work that way. Through suffering, she found personal growth and in the meantime, she started her own business "Tokiotours" in 2013 and had a girl in 2014.
In 2020 she went bankrupt due to covid and separated from her husband. In 2021 she moved back to her home country in The Netherlands where she tried to rebuild her life. All the trauma she suffered as a child was waiting for her when she came back, compounded by the separation from her husband.
Through intense therapy she was able to get herself back together and, now that her business is flourishing, she is slowly starting to regain her footing.

Jamie’s bio
Jamie is a lifelong poet, writer, and healer devoted to tending the creative fire. She holds her Master's in Art Therapy Counseling and has experience working as an Art Therapist in a clinical setting, community mental health, with elders, early childhood development as well as groups of children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma. She trained for two years as a Womb Medicine Woman and has been cycling through spirals of deep transformation ever since. She has worked extensively with dreams and depth psychology over the past two decades with a mentor, and through these continues to learn to listen to the language of the soul. Her work as a Wellness and Creativity coach now focuses on fostering a deeper relationship with the womb center and through this aligning with our Creative Life Force or Shakti presence.
The womb is the seat of women’s wisdom, power, and creativity. She believes that building a foundation of trust and safety within the body is the foundation for this work. She loves to help women connect with this source of vitality in themselves and activate their true creative and life potential. Creativity has been the golden thread of healing that has helped her heal, grow meaning, experience deep catharsis, and connect the life force within. 'Whenever I open to create I feel something greater moving through me, that to me is prayer.'
As a mother of two young children, she has to work to practice showing up to her relationship with creating, but it never fails to nourish. She shares that learning to move energy through dance, writing, poetry, voice, and media are not just powerful tools for clearing but potent ways to weave meaning and connect with the life force within. This is her devotion. Expression is her medicine. Jamie now offers 1:1 Wellness and Creativity Coaching, Womb-based mentorship for youth 10 and up, and local menarche right-of-passage groups for youth 10-14.

S4E103 Holding Space For Peace In The Midst Of Chaos With Tabitha Hopmann
Wednesday May 24, 2023
Wednesday May 24, 2023
Tabitha Hopmann’s introduction
Meet Tabitha Hopmann, a woman who has gone through a journey of self-discovery and healing. Her story begins with a marriage at the age of 24 to her Christian virgin husband. Despite their strong faith and commitment to each other, their relationship began to unravel over the next decade.
Tabitha found herself feeling trapped by her belief systems and struggling with codependency as her husband dealt with alcohol abuse and the realization that he was polyamorous. Tabitha began to sacrifice pieces of herself to keep the relationship together. She felt lost and needed to find herself. Despite feeling torn apart emotionally and mentally, she found it difficult to leave due to her love for him and her unwavering belief that God wanted her to stay. It wasn't until her husband fell in love with one of their best friends that Tabitha began to awaken to her own needs and desires. They separated for a time, which started her healing process. Tabitha became open to different healing opportunities and connect with new friends. When they attempted to reconcile, they realized that it was no longer a good fit. Through it all, Tabitha believes that God brought her back and spoke to her, giving her permission to leave, let go, and trust. When she showed up for this, everything changed. Today, Tabitha is a strong, independent woman who has found her true self and is dedicated to helping others do the same.

Summary of Erlinda’s episode on Real Talk Real Women Breaking The Silence Around Abuse.
Erlinda Vo, the Energy Alchemist, is a visionary leader, expert in personal motivation, and innovative creator of the personal growth technology, the Energy Alchemy process.
During this episode, Erlinda shared her story of overcoming emotional, financial, and mental abuse in her marriage to a narcissist. She realized she was in an abusive marriage after she had an energy session with a woman who did put 20 different essential oils on her and she felt her crown chakra open up in a way that changed her life forever.
Erlinda was able to take back her power and leave her abusive marriage.
During one of her visits to her chiropractor, he asked her how her divorce was going and she started to lie, saying that it was so easy and that he was a good guy. As a consequence, because her body couldn’t take such a lie, she started to stutter.
The woman who did open up her crown chakra gave her another session to bring her back together again, enough to heal her stutter and manifest her destiny.
