S4E93 Justice For All with Elizabeth Mikotowicz
Wednesday Apr 19, 2023
Wednesday Apr 19, 2023
Elizabeth’s first experience with abuse was at the age of 15 when she was with a 21-year-old. The abuse continued when they got back together at 18 and had a daughter together. The daughter's father was even more dangerous and left her partially disabled after an assault. He would torture her in the bathroom for hours, leading her to become addicted to the pain medication prescribed by doctors. He even choked her to the point where her windpipe would collapse, causing her to have difficulty breathing for a year after he left.
She sought help from a battered women's shelter, but they turned her away despite having two beds available after the police warned that her situation could put other women in danger. The bed was given to another woman who was not even physically abused but had her car kicked by a man.
She then turned to drug dealers for protection and encountered dangerous sociopathic predatory men. Eventually, she ended up in prison. She witnessed and experienced violence against women. Shockingly, 70% of women in prison have experienced some form of domestic violence or sexual assault before even going to prison.
This is the reality for many women in America after being failed by society, as the country has the highest rate of incarceration in the world, and the number of incarcerated women is constantly growing.
Despite all of this, she managed to find a way to heal and rebuild herself from scratch. She painted murals in prison and started an environmentally friendly clothing brand that features her artwork in plus sizes.
Elizabeth Mikotowicz’s mission is to make women feel stunning and empowered, so much so that they could face any challenge and come out victorious. Her brand represents her journey of self-healing, as she inspires other women who have been through similar struggles to prevail over abuse.

We've all been touched by abuse, whether it happened to us personally, or we've witnessed it in our families or among friends. Today, we're walking this painful path but we're not doing it alone. Our trusty guide is Dr. Christine Jordan, a natural doctor and philosophy doctor whose personal journey from experiencing abuse to profound healing is nothing short of inspirational. She uses unconventional but impactful methods like electrodermal screening, herbs, oils, and homeopathic remedies to alter neural pathways and DNA, offering a fresh start for those living as the shadow of themselves.
But healing isn't a one-size-fits-all process, and Dr. Jordan is well aware of this, bringing a variety of techniques to the table. This is where the power of dance, binaural beat music, yoga, and natural remedies come to play. These aren't just feel-good pastimes; they have the potential to shift our brain chemistry and maintain youthful flexibility in our bodies.
When it comes to depression, Dr. Jordan brings out an arsenal of dietary tips, highlighting the significant role our meals play in our mood. Our conversation with Dr. Jordan sheds light on her unique healing methods and offers hope to anyone seeking to regain control over their life. We promise this is a conversation you wouldn't want to miss.
Dr. Christine’s introduction
Dr. Christine comes from a family of healers on both sides. Being raised with no medication and an understanding of how the body heals itself with the proper natural tools and remedies is her lifelong passion.
As a well-known and sought-after speaker, she holds many degrees in the healing arts and continues to study. Her Ph.D. degree is in Naturology which is the study of how our internal and external environment affects us. Dr. Christine and her team use EDS (Electro Dermal Screening) to find root causes and remedies that eliminate them. This method is safe, non-invasive, accurate, and effective.
Dr. Christine is the founder of the Alternative Healing Clinic in New York and is expanding to Florida now that she bought a home there. Her clients come from all over the planet and typically suffer from chronic conditions. They love how accurate EDS (Electro Dermal Screening) is in determining root causes, and how rapidly they achieve results.

S4E89 From Online Dating Failure To Tantra Goddess With Jaylala
Wednesday Apr 05, 2023
Wednesday Apr 05, 2023
Jaylala’s story
As a young girl, I always seemed to get unwanted attention from men, usually much older than myself. Over the years I married and divorced, with another 8-year relationship happening after that. When I decided to get back into the dating scene, it was the time that online dating was just beginning. I was impressed, wow! I thought of so many wonderful men to meet. HaHa. Little did I know the dating world had changed a great deal since my divorce.
Online dating turned into a cesspool of shallow, ego-driven, manipulative men that were only interested in one-sided superficial encounters. Instead of getting to know me, the conversation would immediately turn to misogynistic, disparaging sexual remarks about my appearance or their expectations for a date. I am no prude, but a lack of respect and boundaries had me running for the hills. I knew that it was not for me and immediately shut down my accounts. I knew there had to be something better. Have any of you had the same encounters? Many women I know suffer the same experiences. That's when I learned about Tantra. As I dove more into this approach, I realized that sex was not just a physical act, but an emotional, spiritual, and sacred practice. I found there were men that were not closed off to their hearts and souls, respected women, and understood the importance of boundaries and consent. I now have an overall understanding that sex is something that is sacred and I have shut down my online accounts for good. I now practice Tantra as a way of life and teach others the same.
