Janet is the former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She is an Intuitive Coach, channeller, energy master, author, and medium. She loves helping women who feel lost, lonely, disconnected, and broken learn to trust, align, connect, and heal so they can fall in love with their souls and their lives.

Natasha’s bio
Coach Natasha endured an abusive relationship from Teenager into Young Adulthood. Due to sheer embarrassment, coupled with guilt and shame, she kept this information to herself. She was too afraid to reach out for help, for fear of retaliation from the abuser.
Natasha would go on to earn College Degrees and begin a Professional Career; however, she felt that something was still missing from her life. As such, she began to look back over her life to understand why she chose to be in a relationship with someone of that magnitude, though she always envisioned herself having more out of life. As a result of being coached and digging deep to do the work, she began to understand that there were certain areas of her life that had been and remained broken. She began to mend the broken pieces, understand her self-worth, and create healthy boundaries in her life, which allowed her to heal, grow, and become the Best Version Of Herself.Today, Natasha is a Certified Life Coach who helps Single Women and Single Moms become the Best Version Of Themselves and Elevate To Their Next Personal/Professional Level. She partners with her clients to achieve this through Mindfulness, Healing, and Reclaiming The Power That Lies Within. The result is the breaking of Generational Cycles of Abuse, Lacking Confidence and Self-Love, and Single Mother Households. Natasha's clients are Single Women and Single Moms who have had Physically or Emotionally Absent fathers during their childhood.

S4E84 Thoughts Become Things with Sandy Johnston
Saturday Mar 18, 2023
Saturday Mar 18, 2023
Summary of this episode
Sandy shares her story of being in an abusive relationship for many years and how she eventually left it. She speaks about how it's easy to become a victim of circumstances and how she was walking on eggshells in her relationship.
Sandy also mentioned the importance of putting on your own oxygen mask first before helping others. She also mentioned the importance of being intentional and aware of the flow of life to go with the flow.
Sandy mentions red flags and how, when you enter a new relationship, it's easy to put on rose-colored glasses, making everything look okay even when it's not.
The kind of abuse that Sandy experienced included being stalked by her ex-partner, and jealousy. After dismissing many of the red flags in her relationship, it took her about 10 attempts to successfully leave her abusive relationship.
Her shift from victim to victory occurred when her ex-partner attempted to blow up her house with her and the kids in it, for real. She fled with her children, changing their names and cutting off all contact with family and friends.
Thankfully, her dangerous ex-partner is under an indefinite intervention order and served two terms in jail. Sandy learned the hard way to put safety first.
Manifestation
Sandy believes in the power of manifestation and shared a recent story of how she was gifted front-row tickets to a concert! Manifestation works best when you are curious and ask “what if” instead of coming from a place of desperation and need.
Sandy recommends writing down a list of what you don’t want in order to uncover what you do want. Trusting yourself again is a journey and Sandy encourages rediscovering your own worth. We all come into the world with the same worth and should value ourselves.
Developing a relationship with ourselves is important and can help us tremendously through adversities in life.
We are not guaranteed what lies ahead, but valuing ourselves can help us be our best selves and give all we can to help others. — Sandy Johnston

S4E82 Healing From Within with Kacie Chater
Saturday Mar 11, 2023
Saturday Mar 11, 2023
Kacie’s Bio
My journey started nearly 6 years ago when my nan passed away on the anniversary of my mom’s passing. The brick wall my brain put up after my mum passed away when I was 14 years old came crumbling down. All the emotions I stored from the age of 14 came to the surface, I then realized I had no memories of my childhood, a survival pattern our brain does to cope with a traumatic event. I was in an industry that was mentally and physically tough and as a result, I completely lost myself and I was letting others dictate how I would feel and think about myself. I had to heal my gut and I fell in love with gut health, the gut-brain connection, and finding the root cause.
I then found the tools and techniques that completely changed the game for me, and I became:
Master Certified Coach of Neuro Transformation TherapyMaster Certified Practitioner of Neuro Transformation TherapyMaster Certified Practitioner of Timeline Transformation TherapyNow I help women and men release blocked and stored emotions from past trauma to become confident and in control of their emotions and well-being. I strive to find the root cause of everyone.

Enlightened Conversation with Special Guest Tina Dexter
Meet Tina Dexter, a woman who has personally experienced a wide range of difficult life experiences including abuse, addiction, teenage pregnancy, homelessness, being a single mom, and medical health issues. Despite these challenges, Tina is passionate about reaching the hearts of others through divine intervention and spreading truths through a multifaceted group of services.
Tina's message is one of hope and empowerment, as she encourages victims of abuse hiding in plain sight to empower themselves and have compassion and love for themselves.
